Antique Venetian Trade Beads Necklace

A necklace featuring a large Venetian elbow chevron, wound green disc beads, and textured brass beads on a brown cord. HO Note: The elbow and primary yellow trade beads are Venetian for the African trade circa 1900 and as such are a very special item for collectors – this has some wear as you can see in photos, chips etc. The light emerald green glass is either recycled glass was popular in Africa at the time or produced in Venice.
