Mixed Cultures and Origins Beaded Necklace

A contemporary artisan necklace featuring an eclectic mix of lamp-worked, molded, and drawn glass beads in various shapes and colours. HO Note: OK this one has had me stumped for ages so i’ll call it as mixed assemblage across many eras and origins. Most glass beads do not show mandrel release and I suspect many are Murano or Japanese, curious about the 5cm tubes in light blue which resemble trade bead Bohemian equivalents but i have too many research rabbit holes to prioritise. We have corals, crackled agate, a ceramic or faience bead in bright Mediterranean blue and popular strands seen in the Eastern Med. We also find some Czech pressed beads and we have some matte glass beads that are curious. Lots to see and in some cultures this may be a treasure necklace or a heirloom piece of sorts – but this is of the more modern and commercial variety – even tourist piece.
